We get it – life happens and things come up sometimes! If you do need to cancel, reschedule, or change services for an appointment, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and this allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests in that time slot. If you are running late, please call our front desk to let us know. We will always accommodate late arrivals as best we can. If your stylist feels there is not enough time left to complete your full service before the next guest’s scheduled time, you may be asked to reschedule or reduce the services you receive that day. Last minute cancellations, changes, and no-shows may be asked for a 100% deposit/prepayment in order to reserve the next appointment.
When booking large appointment blocks (such as for multiple people, or a color service requiring more than 3 hours) a deposit is required. The deposit will be applied towards your total service charge on the day of your appointment. Deposit charges are as follows:
Color or appointments over 3 hours - $100
Groups of 3 people or more - $35 per person
Our 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments with a deposit. Deposits will be forfeited if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule. A new deposit will then be required to book a future appointment..
Our stylists are talented and hard-working professionals, and we all want you to love your hair! Although services can’t be returned or refunded, your original stylist will be happy to make a complimentary adjustment to a cut or color they’ve done. If you have any issue with your service or results, please contact us within 7 days to schedule an adjustment.
Products that are at least 2/3 full may be returned for store credit within 30 days from purchase date.
Bring your empty product bottles back to be refilled and help reduce the amount of new plastics being put out into the world’s landfills! A few things to note: Not all products and sizes are available to refill. Refills cannot be returned or exchanged. Bottles should be empty or almost empty – partial refills will still be charged as a full bottle. Broken caps or cracked bottles mean it’s time to buy a brand new one.
