Freya started life as a 7 chair stylists’ co-op, and though we’ve evolved into commission-based pay, our guiding principles are the same. No one knows your clients like you do, and old school tactics like up-selling and quotas aren’t for everyone. There’s room for everyone in this career, and we are excited to help you grow, not hold you back.

Assistants

Hey Cosmetology students (and recent grads)! Beauty schools can teach you the basics, but our Assistant training program will teach you the real life hair skills you didn’t know that you didn’t have on graduation day. Our program allows you to hone the advanced skills you will need in today’s salon industry, and be mentored by veteran stylists who want to see you succeed instead of struggle.
